Orchard Shoot - Behing the Scenes...

Greetings all!

How is Fall treating you?? :)
Gorgeous here, although it always seems to go far too fast for how beautiful it is...

It's been awhile since my last post, so I thought it was time to update this with another behind the scenes taken a little over a month ago. I've been a bit delayed in correspondence since I've been almost entirely off radar since the beginning of October - photographing landscapes across the country. It's been great fun, and I plan to blog about the experience in another post soon ... (-but I will wait to do so until I have some work from that trip, edited, to show with it ;)...

But below, I hope you enjoy some outtakes/behind the scenes from my last conceptual portraiture shoot of the summer season, taken in a private orchard in rural Minnesota just before I left.

This was one of my favorite shoots I've ever done. The weather was perfect, and being on location in a gorgeous private orchard in the midst of vast fields never hurts either ;) We even had some horses come to see what all the fuss was about.

I also had the opportunity to work with the lovely, and very kind (and patient with me) model, Dasha Ermolenko. Thank you Dasha!

The finished pieces (below) can all be viewed larger, and without the watermark (yay) on my website inside of the portraiture galleries. I recommend full screen mode if you visit to get them as big as possible ;)

Thank you for viewing!

Best Always-
